We offer free international shipping (Shipping to Australia & New Zealand may be subject to fees for fragile items. These fees will be shown and calculated at checkout before payment.)
Express Delivery - Your item will be fulfilled same day, including protection in case the item is lost or damaged & will then be shipped as standard.
Your order will be confirmed & processed on the day of your order. The item will then be printed to order and shipped.
Standard shipping times only - Shipping times to the UK & US will be a minimum of 3 days
You can track your order progress through the confirmation email sent to the relevant email used at checkout.
Please contact us in the rare instance of shipping delays or issues.
Missing Deliveries
Please remember that if the item has been received by the courier provider but the item has not been delivered correctly to you (the customer) then this must be dealt with individually by the customer. Following the courier services policies for claims.
Returns
Starting A Return
To start a return contact us at zuluofficialclips@gmail.com stating the reason for the return. We will let you know the next steps in the process and if a return is authorized then we will talk you through the next required steps in the returns process. Following this, the item/s will need to be sent to the following address: Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ (By sending the item/s to this address without first contacting us @Zuluofficialclips@gmail.com means the item/s will be held for 30 days before being sent on to charity.)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
